OSG Canada Ltd detected a cyber security incident in the morning of September 25th, 2024.
The company took immediate steps to contain the incident and has launched an investigation into the nature and scope of the incident. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to all parties involved.
We are diligently working to take all of the appropriate responses and measures through our internal IT department, we have set up a company-wide countermeasure headquarters, appointed external experts and are consulting with appropriate organizations.
We will do our best to clarify the full extent of this case and restore our system as soon as possible.
